Title: Exhaust fumes in engine bay?
Post by: onelastpost on November 25, 2006, 12:05:07 PM
Hi there

I started the rex this morning for the first time in about 2 weeks. The battery was a bit low, so charged it up. When I got it started there was a constant stream of exhaust fumes coming up from the engine bay.

I cant really see were it is coming from. Cam anyone point me in the right direction?

Many Thanks

Andrew

I take it the Gasses smell like exhaust Fumes? and don\'t go away?

If i leave my car for a while when its cold and damp i get slight smoke rising from the Turbo area, i don\'t have a leak so i think its more likly Mosture the Turbo is Burning off.
