As far as I can tell they are fully height adjustable, which I needed because of my 19\'s, and 4 way damping adjustable

That miata site has loads of useful reviews actually if you are thinking of buying anything have a look they take it quite seriously
Anyone used these before, or have any advice ?? Do I see the uppermounts on there, or do I need to buy them ?

i have GAB springs and adjustable dampers (not coilovers). i believe they are a decent brand although not nearly as mainstream as some. my suspension certainly seems ok for what it is (ie not fully adjustable.) you may well have a bit of a bargain there if they are in A1 condition.
