went out earlyer and waited for engine to get nice n warm then gave it some wellie, felt fine but after about 20 mins felt like was just laging for ages and then power sorta came but not like it should. just dident have the same kick as it should at 5000rpm in second, cant hear any signs of boost leaking and clutch is not slippin as is a new exeddy one, any ideas? rebuilt 800 miles ago and gave it 500 miles before opening it up as the man who done the rebuild said.

took it to rx heven the other week and he said no point comp testin it tell its done 1500 miles as may be slightly low as not all bedded in

MMM i comp test my Rebuilds all the time, if something is going wrong i like to know about it.

The fact its Low on power could mean its down on compression may be a dodgy set of springs or some thing but being told there is no point??? It could also be a bad Solanoid or check valve?? But they should have been checked on a rebuild anyway?

Every engine i\'ve put together upto now has tested in the mid to high 8\'s 100 miles after the rebuild, thats with new housings and new Apex\'s the only reason i could imagen it would take longer to bed in is if they reused the Housings?? or some thing of that Nature??

Bet it is just boost related.
Either a leak,or turbo\'s just not working properly.

There is a chance your engine builder may have left the car on a lower boost setting as engine is running in, this means you cant blast the car at full boost so you wont get the same kick.

As others have already said ring your engine builder and ask for answers matey,
