Title: A-Plan??
Post by: Jono FD3 on November 08, 2006, 10:04:28 AM
Has anyone here heard of A-Plan??

A mate of mine is running a r33 GTST and was being quoted between 650 - 700, he took a look at the skyline owners site and saw this company, so he gave them a try....... fully comp 5000mile per year with all body & engine mods, and they came back with 530!!!

Can anyone back this up for the FD\'s??

I\'m with A-plan. They were the most competetive for me at the time. It\'s my main car, with commuting to work too. Fully comp.

me too-just renewed with them.  seem to provide a good service and my premium dropped £200 this year. make sure you speak to the import/specialist branch in Thatcham.

I\'m with a-plan too, only since this year though so not had to claim off them or anything like that......thank goodness!

I have both my cars insured with them fully comp and full no claims, my daily driver ( a civic vti-s), and the rex as a second car on a 6000 mile policy, they were the most competitive as i remember, just over £700 iirc (rex on its own) declared 400bhp with loads of mods.

Both the rx and the Jeep with them.  My premium for the rex halved this year...

i think the price probably drops a lot after a year in recognition of the fact that you have driven a rex for a year without crashing it!

I think it was only an extra £20 or so.  So I paid £205 x 4 in the end.
