Title: Autoleads DAB/FM Splitter
Post by: Andrew Harper on October 25, 2006, 09:23:58 PM
I am currently using a Pioneer DAB radio and am using a Harada Windscreen film mount attenna.

The attenna is fine in nice strong areas but otherwise in built up areas it\'s pretty bad.

I have recently seen the following made by Autoleads....

http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk/shop/Autoleads-PC6-536-PC6536-DAB-Aerial-Splitter_productJJ1885ZZcategoryJJ/DAB/AERIALS/ (http://www.lowcostcaraudio.co.uk/shop/Autoleads-PC6-536-PC6536-DAB-Aerial-Splitter_productJJ1885ZZcategoryJJ/DAB/AERIALS/)

....which splits the feed from the FM antenna into two.

Has anyone had experience of using one of these?

I think I read somewhere that your ok as long as the aerial isn\'t amplified.

Thanks.
