just wondering if anyone can help me this question?
i bought a 93 import(with 500 miles on a full rebuild at rx-motors). i was wondering what type of power the engine can take without having to start doing some serious engine mods and what arte the basic ones to get started with? also would a twin induction kit add anymore power to it without a vented bonnet?

Hard to say really, I bought mine with a rebuilt engine by wgt and i\'ve done quite a few things to it and am running about 300bhp at the wheels. The serious mods are more to do with cooling on air and water and upgrading ecu, boost control and injectors (either bigger secondaries, increasing fuel pressure, or extra injectors).
Freddy has a stock ported engine with all the best mods, inc single turbo and he was running 400bhp ATW happily.

I think the paspeed is ported and yep thats a serously smooth and very quick (and loud) car ! I mean the two tone car (blue and silver) !!!
