hi all

the observent among you will know that i am putting a rew lump into the t2. i am using the t2 box.

there is a reverse light switch and another bolt in thing with 2 green and 2 red wires. it is on the back of the fifth gear shaft. the question is what is it and is it impotant.

i have a loom for the fd and there is the same bunch of wires on that loom(only more of them with different plugs)

if it is important, will the fd bolt in thing fit my box (so to speak )

Is it the speed sensor ?

i would guess it is but it will only come into play in fifth so is it that important
