Title: Rev limiter removal on my racing car
Post by: A7NTY on October 14, 2006, 01:20:05 AM
hehe not the FD, infact the 1.3l Mazda 323 (sounds a bit like a rotary :D)

It hits rev cut at 6000rpm, which is about 1000rpm too low imo. Its a SOHC 16v with fuel injection, my carb fed 323 has no rev limiter but the 1.3 is much more fun to drive.

Any of you techies got any suggestions, im not sure its even possible without spending over £5 on the car (which isnt an option)

If no one can help, anyone got any ideas if there is a non rotary mazda club in the UK?

Cheers, Ant.
