Right own up who\'s been turning up at Carl\'s with car probolems over the last few weeks.
Why? Because it keeps putting back the finish date of my rebuild. (have to wait a extra 2/3 weeks now)

Had the car 6 months but only been driveable for 4 weeks.
I what to get back on the road before winter. :driving

Well he\'s got mine, but its booked in on an as and when basis. But it would be nice to get it back sooner rather than later. ;)

At lest I know it will be done right.

I popped in to see Carl and Jeff last Monday and to check on
the progress of my new car (Clives old one). It\'s been 4 months
since I paid the deposit and d(rive) day is getting closer and
closer. My mouth was watering when I saw the car last week.

Work looks absolutely quality. Can\'t wait but worth the wait.
If ye get my meaning.

yep carl is rebuilding it as the compression is only 6.5bar on front rotor and 4.5 on rear and its a freshly rebuilt engine(not built by carl i hasten to add)he is putting it right for me

was down on fri just gone, (sorry red leader, but had carl busy for most of the day) Carl told me about the low compression and the probs youve been having. Shame you have no comeback from those who did build the engine! V mount looks great tho! one shiney bay youve got there mate! Anyway, back to the thread! Yeah, sorry, me and Carl were out mapping and fidling with my car on friso its looking like 2/3weeks and 6 hours till you get your car back now:spank  But hey, he built my engine too, and dont worry, itll be well worth the wait!
