Title: New Exhaust
Post by: AtomicRex on October 09, 2006, 09:14:09 AM
Well my exhaust finally gave up the ghost on Saturdays race, so I need to get a new one....but which one??

Has anyone got a Racing Beat exhaust?  And if so what do you think???

Jump over to fd:uk quick as a shot and look in Group Buys, there\'s one for SMB Exhausts from Australia going on. They do full systems and everything :) They\'re as quiet as a Racing Beat apparently! I\'m getting the full 3" system with 4" Titanium tip.

I have the RB single tip back box-is quieter than most, but as always it depends on down pipe/mid-pipe type re noise levels.
i have larger downpipe that came with my Garrett GT35 and a silenced feed midpipe.
I\'m tempted to try a backbox to get a tad more noise and wonder how good the Feed midpipe is at controlling noise levels.
Remember some combinations can make the Fd sound a bit sh*tty!!:Giggle
