Does it run ok other than that? i.e. you can start it on the key ok and stuff like that?

Does it still go if you hold it on the throttle?

Are all the Vac pipes conected up or blocked off?

Are you getting good compresion from your Rebuild?

Have you set up the PFC?

Does it run ok if you rev it/Held it on the throttle or was it missing and wanted to stop?

I ask becouse if it was running rough you could have for example the Plug leads the wrong way or some thing like that which has caused it to flood, but if its not run correctly from day one i\'d start with the big stuff like Compression testing it, make sure it holds Coolant, Getting Fuel stuff like that then work down.

Unfortunatly this is one of the problems when you do alot of Mod\'s at once. As i say you are better checking it can run first before pulling your hair out over Vac pipes and PFC maps and stuff.

Have you had a look at the Spark Plugs recently? What are they like Dry?,one rotor Very wet?, Both rotors wet?

As i say you realy need to make sure the basic\'s are good before you look into the problem more.

Yuo don\'t need to do much to the ecu while you\'re running in your newly built engine. You\'re not going to be boosting it for a bit, so no maps need setting up. You should double check for air leaks, as that could be an issue.

Hi Barry,

I will come over on Sunday afternoon if you want and have a look if you want

Sounds like you have a vacum leak which is stopping it ticking over and causeing it to flood
