I.m pleased with the lights, but they do get a lot of condensation, iv\'e put a bead of silicon all round the outer seam, but it\'s still a problem, anyone else had this? how to fix it please,

bob, the water is getting through the holes where the bulbs push through. I had the same problem on mine. The water drains off the rear window and towards the lights. I used tin foil and placed it over the the wiring so the water cant get into the bulb holes. This should stop it.

funilly enough i had the same light with the exact same problem. If you dont like the idea of using tin foil, you could always silicone seal the bulbs in place or use thicker rubber o rings.

Had exact same problem with my lights, took the offending light off and then drilled 3 small holes in the bottom of the light. This lets any condensation/mosture just dry out.  Once I did this the problem never returned HTH........cheers Leigh.

Thanks Chopper, i think i,d be worried about breaking them taking them apart , last resort maybe, do you have the center section on yours? wondering how it looks on silver car, i think these lights are fab, they have the round lenses like 99 spec models and make the car look more modern , which i like personally, cheers,

Thanks again Robbie, i will go for the silicone option there, cheers,

Thanks  Leigh, i will try that too along with the silicon as Robbie says, when you say small holes are you talking 1 mill sort of size?

Yes mate the smaller the better. When you drill them try and drill through slowly, I went abit gung-ho with my drill way too fast really. Ended up with the curly plastic drill off cuts inside the lights. You cant really see them, but you know what it\'s like if you know they are there it\'s so annoying :Grrr , and I seem to notice it all the time. Good luck and remember the slow hand gets the best results..............cheers Leigh.
