for the past couple of days when i go to start the car in the mornings im getting a wierd SLOW beep beep noise.
NOT the usual fast beepbeepbeep when you put the key in and it gives you that seatbelt reminder a few seconds after you start..
this is one beep per second and i can hear a relay clicking and the seatbelt light is flashing.
once i have warmed the car up and got round the corner its fine again - it stops doing it.
my car runs perfectly and i changed the oil on the weekend oh yeh my + battery terminal was loose the other day but ive tightened it up now.
i done a search but meh cant find owt.
Is that not the F100/F110 box under the dash?? Sure mine did the same, then the bleep gets louder/worse over time. Had to replace the F100/F110 under the dash..maybe
That car and the RZ are both sh!tty battery terminals just put a copper wire around the positive and then tighten it...i thought i did it ages ago but may have come loose. I used to have to push it down sometimes before starting the car...was a pain in the azz
yeh it is a bit of a pain rix - i tighten it up nuff times, then inevitably it works its way loose again.
so what does this f100 / f110 thing under the dash do exactly? easy to locate?
it didnt do it this morning!!?!!
Like i said just put some bare copper wire to bridge the connectors and seal the gap then tighten back up :)

no you numpty im not on abotu the loose terminal thats tighter than.... erm its on tight now...
anyway im on about the slow beep beep as opposed to the normal fast as hell beeping.
