got one of these with the car....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/FD3s-3-Downpipe-RX-7-RX7-Turbo-1993-96-Mazda-RX-7_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33630QQihZ005QQitemZ150039243321QQrdZ1
and wondered how much of a pain in the arse they are to fit.
had a quick look underneath today and the pipes that on it is puched in where the steering colomn comes down.
so do i get the burning gear out and a nice round hammer or just chuck the pipe away?
Save your money as it wont fit.
The downpipes for the UK/Jap market have dips in them where they join to the turbos.
Fish
is that for the steering colom?
pity as it looks all nice and shiny too.
not even worth putting on ebay either
mmmm what to do with it???
Sell it to some one in the US Or some one with a LHD
what about if i took it to my m8 who does metal fabrication???
come on its too good to waist.
theres loads of them for sale on fleabay

Best get your mate to make on from scratch because there are so many variables, ie which kit it came from, which kit your fitting, which Turbo he had, which Turbo you have, etc etc.
As Fish says, we are only trying to help!
and i thank you for your help
just askinng questions thats all
so in the bin it goes
forgot to say i have one never bought it,it was in the boot of the car lol
i only put the link up as its the only one i could find
Thats proberly why it was in the boot and not on the car.
If you do get another one if you don\'t get one made buy a Jap one (HKS,Greddy etc) try to steer away from any Down pipe from the US for ovious reasons.
