The other day when locking the car I heard a snapping sound. Since then I cannot lock the car using the remote central locking or from the inside.
The interior locking switch is "floppy" now, though the remote central locking will unlock the door - just no lock it.
Is this likely to be a cable snapped/come off, or related to possibly the interior door locking button snapping underneath losing some of the tension?
I\'ve not yet investigated/had investigated ;) just wondering...
I dont know, but my exterior door handle doesnt work. Perhaps between us we could get a car we can get into and out of ok :D
Its pretty easy to take the door card off, the only thing that caught me out was the screw under the flap by the inside handle.
