Title: any differences between front and rear discs?

Are there any differences between the front and rear discs? Ive seen some brembo grooved discs for a good price but only for the rear and the ones i need are for the front. Will this work??

They are different sizes and offsets. The fronts do most of the work. ;)

Front and rears are different im affraid.
