Title: Looking for Rotary garage in Ireland
Post by: framey on November 18, 2003, 07:52:33 AM
Hi Guys,
I\'m working in Ireland until July next year, so I brought my car over here. ( I thought I got some looks in the UK!!). Anyway I reckon it\'s missing a bit - noticable at idle and when using the engine to brake. Also seem\'s to emit quite a lot of smoke on start up - the smoke smells like it\'s very "fuely" - maybe running too rich? (The warm up valve seems to working ok)
Doesn\'t smoke after warm up but have noticed a notable increase in oil consumption. (no water in the oil or oil in the water & coolant level remains fine).

So, if anyone knows of a place in or around Dublin, or maybe even has suffered from this problem themselves, I\'d appreciate hearing from them.

Regards,
Jamie
