Title: A challenge for ya!
Post by: Gazrx7 on September 01, 2006, 08:38:47 PM
Hello guys,

i\'ve just joined up here and thought i\'d get involved.

i brought my 7 g3 at christmas last year on the spur of the moment!

hadn\'t really considered them before, but i\'ve now fallen deaply in love with it
and will never sell her!

And now for the challenge, i\'ve spent hours searching the web for this answer, i\'ve e mailed contacts in japan for info, i\'ve spent hours on the phone to mazda specialists but nobody can help, please say someone here can shed some light!.............

I own a 1995 efini RX7 type RM, and the problem?.... type RM\'s don\'t seam to exist!! i can\'t find anything out about my car!

all i know is it appears to have top spec, (ac, strut braces etc) it seams to be extremely fast, to the point of leaving another rx7 for dust on the M1!
and thats pretty much it!

can anyone out there help?

Hello and welcome to the forum mate.

From previous posts on here looks like ( if people are right of course ) that you have a rb bathurst special edition

HI

I also have a RB Bathurst but a 96 model.  I will go and have a look tomorrow if it says RM but I do not think so.  As stock models go,  the 96 model had a 16 bit ECU and pre 95 had  ECU.  That does not matter as the “done” thing is to change the ECU any way…

Regards,
Michaelb
