crap - I just read some more on here about AON raising their age limit!
Should have jumped at that policy when I had the chance...

Looks like I\'ll wait a year until I\'m 30 then...

only a year to slow

be careful on insurance as depending on what insurance sometimes they only insure uk spec rx7\'s not jap spec

i had mine with quinn but it was a series 3 not a series 6-8 FD

I got a quote from AA of £800 :>

Just have get the car MOT\'d now.

I got some money together to work at it and started at the weekend.

- Found a bad bit of rust on the power steering cooler and have source a replacement on the \'bay.

- Every screw hole on the dash cowl is bust so I\'m getting one of those too.

- Biggest problem is dodgy wiring fault - lights work fine with ignition off, but with switch at IG they are permanently up and stuck on main beam. I pulled the loom apart and loads of water came out :/ Still no joy with it so when I next look at it I\'ll hunt for the blue with white stripe ignition wire in the loom...

Got insurance for the TII.

I\'m 30 in July.
Got TPFT for £740 with Admiral, with no NCB (using that on my Honda).

Once it\'s time to renew the Honda insurance I think I\'ll go for a multi car policy from them - ~£1000 all in for both.  Accord is group 15 cos it\'s made in America for one reason...

So MOT is applied for and car is insured - next Sat I drive it to Dee\'s Exhausts to get the back boxes on and the Y piece welded back onto the cat (snapped a stud off the CAT - don\'t mind welding it since I\'ll get a new pipe at some stage). Then off to KwikFit - thinkin of 4 Michelin\'s on the 4 for 3 deal. £340 all in fitted.  Then try to get the lights fixed (£29 for an OEM headlight!!).
