OK, Datalogit arrived Monday, Apexi PFC arrived Tuesday and last but not least the Techedge WB02 kit arrived today.
This weekend is going to be very busy getting this lot fitted. But I have to make sure that Sunday PM is driving as the AGM is on.
Next on the list of things to get done is uprated rad and front mount fitted.
Let the headaches or fun begin. You decide which! ;)
Dan
Just a quick public thank you to Ant (db2boy) for the supply and fitting of the PFC and boost kit.
So now have a full 10psi of boost, but still need to get it checked over before fully playing. Lots of data logging to do
If you want anything tuning wise from Japan, drop him a mail/PM.
Dan
the infinite mod list eh ;) lol
Si (resistance is futile :eek )
The PFC is just the start of the bits I have to fit. I also had arrive last week the FD-Datalogit for use with the PFC and the Techedge WBo2 ver. 2 Wideband Lambda sensor.
But I want to fit the W.B. in the downpipe, which is a pig to remove on the FD. So while I am doing that I will fit an EGT probe.
Then I have to fit the ERL water injection kit removed from the scoob, install the Greddy front mount I/C, then install the uprated secondary injector kit (1600cc injectors :)) with SX FPR.
Plus whilst all this is going on, I have to get lots of datalogging done, and some professional mapping booked in. This is because I am a well known cowboy and like to use sticky tape and corks. ;)
Dan
Where are you getting the car mapped Danny?
M25/M1/M20/A2. you know, all the best places. ;)

Do Abbey tune on the road now then? Or is our little friend coming to see you?
:bandit
All my best mapping was done on the road. Around 2am on the M1 with a rather loud HKS system just to warn the lorry’s that there is an over stupid driver coming along at stupid speeds. :D
I will be asking Ant\'s advice whilst I learn about this ECU. And I am sure that a couple of others will be asked for help, as I am human and unlike one I don’t know it all. But then again google has a bloody good search engine. ;)
I have some good friends that are nothing to do with the rotary scene, and showing a great interest in the way of the rotary. They have been tuning/mapping cars for more than a couple of years, and will be assisting me with the fun ahead. Abbey are one option as they are 15 minutes from my home, but I also have access to another rolling road, that is a lot cheaper and a lot easier to get on.
Dan
When you said \'professional\' I presumed you meant the likes of Abbey or may be even benched some where, rather than DIY on the road (not that I\'m doubting your skills Danny!). I just thought you meant a more \'formal\' arrangement...
Who are u referring to as \'the one\' who knows it all? I\'m sure a few of us would like to speak to them when considering getting tuning work done, I\'d be particularly interested in the near-ish future.
Would be very interesting to see what Abbey could/would do with your car Danny - worth a punt for sure?

Whose car is this for Rich, unless you\'ve bought another FD to keep you going while you wait for project 20B (if you glance quickly it looks like 2008, perhaps appropriately :p ), it can\'t be yours ;)
Why does the thought of Dan going 180+ down the M1 in the frosty early hours of winter worry me?
For sure it would be worth looking at Abbey. But I have still to sort out the radiator and front mount install for starters.
As for \'the one\' I wont be going there. Better things to be getting on with.
Professional does not have to mean a company that everyone knows about. I have a long history with some others that do mapping for a sideline, and they gave me very good results on my scoob. One of these persons is now doing it full time for a living.
So only time wil tell, but then again it will not be going on rollers anyway. ;)
