If you didn\'t want to get it painted you could always try using some vinyl.

Any design company should be able to cut the diameter and width you need and you\'d get a perfect circle.

hmm some options at least!  not sure i fancy trying to apply a perfect vinyl circle but at least it would be removable.  one2watch-yes please.

go to a bike shop, as you  can get kits for doing this to bike wheels, you may find one the right diameter

This place is near Dundee so its maybe a bit far from you and the web site is well out of date, but he can do pretty much whatever you want with your wheels. He\'s done a couple of sets of wheels for me and did a fantastic job, when I was in picking them up last time he had been doing some demo wheels for a wheel manafacturer (can\'t remember which one though - it wasn\'t one I recognised) and some of them were amazing.
