You may want to do a search.

Fd\'s have some issues with Vac lines etc coming loose etc as the Second Turbo System is so complex.

Your not the first to have this problem and there are plenty of threads about it.

There are a few things that can cause this problem but its usaly very fixable.

If you are starting to have problems with the rats nest though i\'d be looking into getting it repiped, the old pipe is the biggest cause of problems. Its just finding the one thats causing the problem, Also check the Solenoids.

Theres quite alot on the US forum about this problem too. http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=496397&highlight=checking+solenoids

Changing the Rats nest Vac pipes is not a nice job to do but if you cut the old pipes off with a sharp Knife and do them one at a time its not Difficult just Fiddly.

Mine did this, I removed the small black plastic box in the middle of the engine (under the strut brace) and found a one way valve had split in two. Glued it back together to test and it works fine now. I guess I will replace it when it goes again!

If boosting OK you should feel the second turbo come in very clearly at 4500rpm...There is no mistaking this if its working properly, then should pull very cleanly up to the red line
