Title: Anyone know what bonnet this is ?

Im planning on buying it, its Full CF, with matte black painted over it from an RZ.

Just want to know what it is and that it aint no cheapo make or copy.

Don\'t the PanSpeed ones have two smaller vents near the windscreen as well?

oh cool......ive seen that Red Panspeed FD and the vent looks deeper?...
maybe there different versions of them.

Looks like a modifed Panspeed - very similar to mine but has been chopped up a bit...

Actually, comparing the two, the black one starts closer to the front of the car and the edges go further up...

are the panspeed bonnets good in your opinion?

and if the alternator gets wet from the vent, will it get affected in any way?

oh, im just being a pain because our Aussie FD scene isnt as helpful as yours.

if you register then your able to view the FD thread in Member\'s ride, theres a whole lot of us in there everyday spamming about our FD\'s hehe.

thats why I am on here.

There just aren\'t enough Fds in OZ.

BTW, yes its a panspeed 2000 bonnet

Seems to be rock solid compared to some other fibreglass bonnets!  Probably not all that much lighter than the stock ali bonnet as it has a lot of bracing/riangulation underneath.  No flex even at >150mph (240+kph).

No problems in the 3 years it\'s lived outside in the UK although mine certainly lets less weather directly onto the engine than the one piccied earlier in the thread...  Maybe some kind of undertray/shield for general use and remove it for track/drag/show/dry weather?
