Post by: Devil\'s Refugee on August 04, 2006, 02:14:44 PM
Which do you prefer ?
Seats or storage ?

I have the rear seats, but to be honest I\'ll never use them.

If I had the choice I would have bins.

The seats are useless except for children and seeing as I dont have any, I would rather have storage bins!

Bins every time, 2 seater definately sounds more sporty. Also, very handy for storing bits out of sight.

Oh yessssss! I like that idea.

I have seats. and they have been used a few times, too. Bit of a squash for whoever is in the back, but it\'s not a problem, cuz I still have all my space in the front :evillaugh

Seats are definitely useful if you\'ve got young kids. My 4 and 6 year old love sitting in the back + you can still chuck stuff on the rear seats if you need to anyway.

Im amazed at how many folks prefer bins. I would never swap my seats for the bins simply because you have more room in the back to chuck your bag, steering lock and any other crap that you might have. I have carried quite a few folks in the back too, i can\'t imagine doing that with the bins.

Bins are the way!! The only reason you have rear seats is for Kids..

Lets face it not alot of grown people can get in the back!! i have had that pleasure and its not some thing i\'d like to repeat, i\'m 6 foot and had to sit across the two back seats with my feet up, there is no way you\'d get two grown people in the back.

Plus i now keep my Battery in one of the Box\'s :)

They just look Better.

i love the seats... which has made it difficult when buying because most seem to have bins! i find that the seats are great as i\'m usually either in the car on my own, or i have 3/4 people. and when i\'m moving a lot of stuff around things fit nicely into the seats anyway and i can strap them in so they don\'t fly all over the place :D

I can fit my other half in the back for short journeys (she\'s 5\'4") with an adult slightly squashed in the front. No-one behind me though (I\'m 6\'2") so it gets used to store steering lock etc.

lol! a quality sofa.  it has to be bins seeing as the rex doesn\'t exactly have much storage space as it is.  looks like a proper sports car too and its got to be lighter!

I\'ve got seats in mine, but not bothered either way really. Is easy to just throw stuff on top of them and cover it all up with somehting if need be.
Being 6\'3\'\' and the only one who ever drives my car, i doubt i\'d ever have anyone in the back to use them. Dont no any midget dwarfts anyway :rollin

The only real downer Ive found since I changed to bins is that me crash hat now sits on the floor, instead of In one of the seats:Laugh
