hey all ive got a 95 type r2 rx7 running an apexi ecu and commander mapped by pip ive got a few other mods to exshast hard pipes air filter ect
the problem has only started to happen this week when i put the air con on the car seems to idle really iratic and stalls starts up first time tho. and also it seems slow on boost it builds up to 0.8bar on the second turbo but it seems to stop dead at 6k it also sounds diffrent at idle to.
any ideas lads
apexi doesnt like the air con as its slow to adjust to the extra load..apexi is budget end of the ecu market adequate but not up to most modern ecus
yes but ive never had a problem with this before its just started now
how much load does the a/c put on then?> it shouldnt really affect it surely it would be thinking thats its under normal driving conditions load that dpoesnt seem right!
just seems strange it doing it now the car had been left for 4 days maybe it just needs a good run

alright pete not bad you? i know but its one of those anoying problems that needs sorting! this car really ****es me off some times.
gonna order some new spark plug beacuse pip said these were at there limit when it got mapped but he dident have any race plugs in stock they have been in there around 5 months now

Andy am doing ok thanks.having a bit of fun with mine got new smic been a problem for mechanic fitting JUST about there now then exhaust to go on and trip to WGT for remap
