I could hear you giving it some beans through the tunnel.:wiggle
Not me, but thats why they made such nice tunnels as Dartford\'s.
Fish
That would have been me:Laugh
On my way to my sisters wedding in Iford, Essex, It took us 2 hours to get there and 5 hours to get back:eek
Had an absolute nightmare return journey, left their house at 7pm to try and avoid the traffic, got about 1 mile down the road and the clutch pedal started going to the floor, not a problem as I am pretty good at driving without the clutch(I`ve killed enough clutches in my time to always manage to limp home) But not in heavily built up areas with loads of traffic lights.
So I pull in to the nearest petrol station and pop the bonnet, the clutch hose has split and is spraying brake fluid everywhere!!!
So i go in to the shop and pick up some brake fluid and tissues and look for some tape or something to wrap the pipe but they don`t sell any kind of tape.
Back outside and it`s time to put my MacGyver hat on, clean up the pipe with the tissues and tear the plastic bag up in to strips and wrap the pipe as tightly as I can and then melted it with a lighter to harden it and make a better seal top up the brake fluid and we are off again only using the clutch at traffic lights because it`s still leaking a little bit.
Then there`s the huge que for the Dartford crossing but it`s all down hill so that`s not too bad get through that only to see that Junction 8 and 9 are closed on the M25 ( we want to get off at 9) with que`s starting at J6!! Crap!!! so cruise at 60 hoping it might have cleared by the time we get there but it hasn`t, we get to J7 and I can see the traffic at a standstill just past the junction so I decided to pull off at J7, only problem is everyone else did the same thing and it was blocked solid!! by now we are starting to run out of fuel and the brake fluid needs topping up so as soon as we can we pulled up on the hard shoulder and decided to wait it out rather than risk running out of fuel the time is now 10pm!! 5 other cars and a lorry decided to do the same thing so we all enjoyed the pleasant cool evening air after roasting all day for the next hour and a half and then made it home at 1am where it gave up pulling in to the drive, the fuel light was on, the brake warning light was on due to the fluid being low and the battery gave up.
what a day, But at least we got home under our own steam:yes
^^^lol

Had this happen to me - nightmare in the bottom level of an underground car park.
Got a braided line now and it\'s great for feel as well as being a bit stronger than the stock pipe!
