Just been out for a spin in my FD and noticed that the injection duty on my commander only goes upto 45-46% even under full throttle..Now the car is boosting fine and running fine and has done for the last 4000 miles..Is this something to worry about or is it normal? :wave
Edit: just dug out the rebuild recipt (done before i got the car) and it says "Uprated Fuel Pump mazda - £135" and "Fuel pressure regulator mazda - £100" but nothing about injectors? :)
What level of boost are you running and what rpm are you revving to ? Sounds way to low, it is an issue if its running too low. If you\'ve had it tuned id take it in and get it checked over. An hour on the dyno is much cheaper than a buggered engine !
The most i see is 80% duty on cold air temps (15deg) with 1bar of boost and 550cc/1200cc injectors.

If they at a guess used a Cosmo pump and FPR, then they upped the pressure, thus needing less injector.

Yeah, what kind of knock levels are you getting on full boost?
Cheers, Paul.
