Title: bleed valve for clutch
Post by: Icesurf3r on July 05, 2006, 11:06:19 AM
Am going to have a go at bleeding my brake system as the brakes are a little spongy after changing the pads at RS3 (thanks again all who helped:Thumbs-up )

I know where the bleed valves are on the brakes, but don\'t know where to bleed the the clutch from, can someone point me in the right direction?? (is it on the slave or master cylinder and where do i find them lol)

Can it be done without removing the wheels?? As i\'m not going to be able to get a jack under the front of the car.

Cheers

It\'s on the slave cylinder, on the left hand side of the bellhousing.

You won\'t need to remove any wheels, but you will need to jack the front of the car I\'m afraid

ps. if you\'re just bleeding the brakes and the clutch is working ok, personally I wouldn\'t bother with bleeding the clutch
