Title: fmic fitting questions
Post by: bobert on July 05, 2006, 08:07:02 AM
I am thinking of putting a trust fmic in my fd. I have had a quick look around my engine bay and it does not look very easy because of to the way that the radiator is positioned. I have not had a good look at how people mount them but I think that you have move the radiator up right and sit the intercooler in front of it, this means that a couple of coolant hoses have to be changed.
can any body post some pics and give me a bit of advise of how they have mounted their intercooler, what I need to take off and what extra parts I have to buy.

i just fabed up some simple brackets to get the rad at a bit of an angle, about.. 30 degrees i rekon, so there is a bit of distance between it and the I/C
