Title: egi fuel economy
Post by: richrx on July 04, 2006, 02:07:57 PM
hi all,

its been a long time since i\'ve been on. But im looking at buying an EGI fc for some rwd fun, but after having a look i cant see any MPG figures on them.

im hoping its around 30mpg for normal driving, however after owning an FD for a fair while i\'d expect 20ish for the n/a?

please tell me 30mpg isnt unrealistic :Thumbs-up

cheers

A stock TII is actually slightly more economical than an EGI iirc, realistically you are looking at 15-16mpg urban and about 22-25 on the motorway with an EGI, a TII if driven carefully (so I\'ve heard...) can return around 30mpg if oyu use the cruise control and peg your speed at about 65mph.
