Title: How do i lower the water temp when the fans kick in?(Power Fc)
Post by: AndyGen3 on June 29, 2006, 08:10:41 PM
Do i need to do it on the Datalogit software??

There not kickin in till 105!!!! And my temps in traffic are gettin way to hot for my v mount to handle!!!

And also the odd time my fuel pump stops workin and i thought it was the pump itself so i chagned it but its still doin it...

Theres a good few wires/relay things hangin off the wires that come from the tank that i dont think shud be there!! When it stoips rainin il take a pic and put it up!! Bit annoying really as if i take a corner the wires move and the fuel pump dies!!!

cheers

Andy

Yeap, you\'ll need the data logit to lower the temps.

Not sure about the fuel wiring bit.

Other way of doing it is cheat like me, think my fans come on at 99degrees or something so as soon as I hit 90 I just put my air con on and the temp stays around 84/85 :)

Looks like they might have done the rewire to the fuel pump. This can give better voltage to the pump.
