i still have the smile when i drive mine or have just driven mine and i have owned mine 3-4 months.  and from what i have heard people say the same after years.  welcome and enjoy.
just wait till one morning when the air is damp and cool then you will find it just picks up and sounds (roars) so much better than in this heat.

Yeah I can testify (sp) to that, had mine more than 2 years now and it still brings a smile to my face no matter how much of a bad mood i\'m in when I plant the right foot. Doesn\'t scare me any more, which is why I\'m starting to think about which engine upgrades I should do once I\'ve got it looking the way I want.

Enjoy the car Topaz, sounds like you\'re sensible enough to take it easy for a while until your used to it (BTW when its wet be extra careful, I can still be scared of mine in the wet). What have you traded up from?

I have a mate with one. It is quite quick but not in the same league. You\'ve made a good choice. Enjoy

lol, when a guy in an M3 today thought he could out do me....lol.  we both booted if of some lights and he tried to catch me...needless to say with no avail.  when we got to about 140mph and the gap was just growing he backed off, lol.  when we got to the round about ahead i slowed right down and put my window down, as he came past me (dual carriage way) slowing because of roundabout he gave me a big smile and thumbs up.   another uneducated/unexpecting (the power of a rex) victim. :rollin  :rollin  :rollin

it is the biggest smile factor car, i love it :burnout

a pic of his car, I haven\'t shown him how to post pics yet! forum virgin he is

car is well nice to drive, I have had my eye on one for ages that is having a re build! it\'s got a few tricks on it such as an ECU etc! so it was nice to drive Topaz\'s to see what there like (Very nice)

I have a few questions! can you run oil pressure gauge of off the standard oil sender unit via a T piece?

I know where to set up boost gauge so that is cool!

We also wanna know where the best place to get a A pillar pod to house said gauges of a 60mm diameter! where are best to get from? Hyper sports do a greedy one but for £80! mine was £80 for my car but they just dont make many parts for the toyota celica st205! so I have less / act no options that you guys get!

Can we also get a list of decent web related sites shops etc! for reference and spending all of topaz\'s cash!

and lastly... Is the blitz nur spec exhaust on a rex any good ? he has twin tail pipes that look a little wrong on the car at the mo! and fancies a nur spec! this system is great on my car if not a little ground scrapping! how good is it for the REX?

oh and why is an EBC a bad idea? just curious?

Thnks !
