Hi All,
If any of you are in the Sheffield Area on Saturday please pop in and see us at the Sheffield Mazda dealership where they are celebrating the launch of the RX-8 after picking up their showroom car on Friday.
Mazdarotaryclub will be helping them display the RX-8 by providing the three models of RX-7 to stand along side the new car in their showroom for the day.
One of our members is even delaying picking up his RX-8 to attend this.

If I were having an open day to sell 8\'s I wouldn\'t let you bring your car Clive - you will create more interest and offers for your car, in my opinion :rollin
Clive,
I do agree with John on that!
"this RX8 looks good but cor whats that Yellow car"
"is that a 2 door RX8"?
"can I order one"
Be prepaired

How many yellow rx7s have you seen in the uk? i have not seen many at all possibly 2 apart from yours. Is it a factory rx7 colour or so they all get resprayed? the black Rex i was looking at went a bit tits up and i have now put down a deposit on a yellow (was red) type S. Also i know the type S was a sort of basic model - does this mean its a bad choice or are all RX7s a joy to own.

Britain\'s new Rotary Revolution begins and looks to take the U/K by storm.
Huge thanks go to Dave Collins for bringing his pristeen Gen 1 along for the day .
Hopefully the first of many Mazdarotaryclub.com and MazdaRX-8club.com stickers that will adorn this wonderful new car in the years to come.
.
Many thanks to all the Staff at GK Group Mazda in Sheffield England for not only inviting the club to their RX-8 launch but also for making us very welcome on the day.
This means that Mazdarotaryclub.com are proud to say that we were not only played a small part in helping to launch the RX-8 in Britain but also are honoured to have helped Mazda with the official announcement of the RX-8 in Detroit in January 2002 by providing enthusiasts comments to form the back drop behind the car on the stage for it\'s initial launch.

These are the pics from Detroit Jan 2002 when MRC assisted Mazda with the official launch of the RX-8.
Comments were used from Glenn myself and other members of MRC about our thoughts on the then new RX-8 and these were used as a backdrop on the stage behind the car.
