Title: GRP Bumpers?
Post by: Grizzly on June 01, 2006, 12:56:43 AM
For those who have Aftermarket Ft ends fitted, would you say they are easyer to stone Chip?

I have been recently thinking of buying some Body parts for my Fd but a few people have told me not to bother as they will Attract Stone chips due to the lack of Flex/Give in the bumper when its hit by a stone at speed?

Is this Correct? I can\'t stand stone chips and would rather keep it STD looking than have to paint it every year to keep in looking good.....

Yes the stock bumpers do take stone impact much better, and glass fronts will need more care
