hehehe, that was fun  :Giggle

the rx has been parked up for about 2 weeks now due to the bad weather and me dedicating some time to the other cars..... well the scooby was parked in front of it and i couldnt be bothered to take it out :D

anyhow, came to start it and it cranked over and was about to start and then decided bugger it, i aint playing ball  :reallymad

so anyhow, im not putting up with no sh1t either. so keep pumping the gas and turning it over every 30 secs for about 2-3 secs at a time and then letting it catch up. almost get it to start a couple of times like it\'s going to but then it gives up the ghost.

after about 15mins, i get it to start and then it splutters and dies again..... back to square one :(

i keep cranking and waiting for another 5 mins and then it finally starts up, i give it a little gas and it pops a loud one and stays on  :wiggle but it lets out a sh1t load of smoke and fills out the garage with unburnt fuel. almost choked to death :D

anyhow, take it for a long spin, fill it up with petrol and all is good in the world again :D

so the moral of the story is.... dont keep it parked up for too long ;)

lol yeah that too.

i have just ordered some big phat jap 19\'s with dish..... so wont be selling for a couple of months now..... i think :D

i had trouble starting mine the other day when i left mine at work over night and it never done that when i bring it home

told u they sulk. my first car started playing up when i came to sell it. it had never NEVER missed a beat before that. the day i sold it the climate controll stopped working! soon as i switched it off an back on it was fine

yer not sure what happened just would not fire up and after 3 attemps it did then load of white smoke i have left it for 3 days before with no faults so really not sure what was goin on the only thought i had was rebuild :(   :)

My Rex is sitting for over 6 months over the winter and it has no problems firing up.

And the IMOC quarter aswell..... Gets everywhere doesnt he!

That makes three of us btw.... SW20/FD.
