Title: Plastic Undertray bolts
Post by: Kron on May 27, 2006, 01:11:25 PM
Does anyone know what size the standard holding bolts are that fit the plastic front undertray?

I went to drain the coolant and noticed its held on with zip tags from the previous owner so want to replace that as soon as possible.

I think most stuff is m6 bolts on the undertray.

the problem i had with my under-tray was that the bolts mazda used  were soft and rusted very easerly and tended to break off when i tryed to undo them.
I had to drill these out and re tap the thread M6 and then i replaced the lot with stainless steel M6 x 25 bolts from screw fix.

you may find this is why yours is tied up?
best of luck :wave
