ive got a thick cable going into the bottom of my FD\'s seats. can someone tell me wot its for please
Seatbelt buzzer i think.
Beeps at you until you plug yer seatbelt in, not too sure about the passenger side though
cheers for that dont think it works then coz ive not heard it buzz.
Might be an idea to get the buzzer working, if it doesnt work for the seatbelt it probably also wont work for the coolant alarm, hearing that could save your engine one day!
Saying that, I have no idea where it is or how it connects up, sorry!
thanks again im goona hav to look at this 2morow. come to think of it there is a buzzer that goes of when i get in car, i thought its when u leave door open.not sure i will look 2morow.
they could be pre-tentioners.....
Not sure but modern cars have small explosive charges that go off like an airbag pulling the seatbelt down and tight accross your body. It basically iliminates the issues apparent with the shock loading across your chest during an accident...
just a theory though!

Not true - my alarm works, but not for my seatbelts!
my coolant alarm works but no seatbelt buzzer :?

my seatbelt ligh flashes but doesnt buzz, but my red line buzzer doesnt work either. Not sure about coolant, as the levels have alsways been cool
