Title: power fc for the fc? can you use an fd version?
Post by: jimmyjonga on May 21, 2006, 07:19:12 PM
thinking about going down the new ecu route so can have my engine remapped as hoping to do some decent mods in the future - but in looking for a power fc for my turbo2 they seem to be more money than the fd versions you can get. Does anyone know if i can get an fd version (cheaper) and use it in my fc?? thanks
james

You will need an Adapter as the ecu plug is wired diffrently. I belive you can buy them of Ebay as a complete unit with the Ems etc or i also have heard Re-Worx may be able to sort you out with the bits to do the job.
