Title: Intercooler pipe size
Post by: 7ForLife on May 01, 2006, 01:44:58 PM
Have just relocated my intercooler to the front,

Now the pipe size comming out of the cooler it 3" so i made the pipes 3". But looking at pics on here i see people with single turbos dont even have pipe that big.

The question is now am i gonna have a lot of lag until it fills the pipes??

Standard twins running non sequential. Is it going to be best to remake in a smaller size?

No, if and when you go propper single you will need the bigger pipes, save up and put some water injection on.
