Post by: PJ7 on October 21, 2003, 12:47:49 PM
I\'m young and new to the rotary world so excuse my simple Q\'s.
Whats the difference between a 92 type r and a say a 96 type r what differs throughout the ranges?

Difference between the two not a lot. The 96 type r has 265bhp instead of 255bhp it has round style tail lights, 16 bit ecu as apposed to 8 bit, a better water pump, 0.9bar coolant cap instead of 1.3 bar,  different efini y pipe, better intercooler piping.
Better quality dashboard material. Can\'t remember if there is anything else don\'t think so.
