Title: What\'s this pipe do?
Post by: probedb on April 25, 2006, 08:27:50 PM
Just cleaning around the engine bay and noticed the hose circled in red in the pix comes from round the back under the upper manifold and was just sort of looping down under the intake not attached to anything.

Anyone know what it does?

Cheers :D

After reading the clubrx link in that thread I understand. The big thing in the middle of it actually has a HKS logo on it so must\'ve come with the intake. But it\'s just stuck in there not attached to anything so may have to get some zip ties :)

Another thing you could do Paul, is to get an after market BOV, or even just disconnect the one on there at the minute (makes no difference). Circled with pink  Then get that long hose with the hks bit on it cut it down and fit it there!!! Then it would look tidier and you have the nice dump valve whooooooooooooosh :Tongue1

Cool, ta muchly :) I\'ll have a play. I\'m starting to like my ghetto engine bay...see the duck tape covering the hole in the intercooler ducting to the right of the pic  :Giggle
