Thought I\'d give it a full service soon so what are people running and recommending for engine oil?

10-40 or 15-40 ?

i use 20/50 mineral from the shell garage.

the hand books say:-
api SD,SE OR SF
10W-40 OR 10W-50

I use Castrol GTX3, rated 15W40 for many years on my own and customer cars, without any problems.
