Anyone know where theres a good guide on how to fit a nos kit to a car?

is it safe for nos on a rex? or is it for somethin else

For a integra type R.. ma toy for the summer and hoping to get me a rex soon.. selling a celica at the mo to fund me a rex, was gunna get the 5.7 chevy one on here but not sold ma car yet.
