Title: Quiet Mazdaspeed exhaust
Post by: Frankie on April 02, 2006, 10:01:21 PM
Total opposite to what most FD owners do but... decided to remove and replace my Blitz exhaust with a Mazdaspeed one after months of disturbing the peace and after going to the doctors to get my ears checked.  Thanks Charlie for letting me buy it back.

My Rex now almost feels like a luxury car, so quiet in fact that when sitting at the lights on todays London Prowl surrounded by monster motors I had to check the rev counter to make sure it was running at all.  No more worrying when I come home at 3am!  :Giggle

I felt the same when I replace my drainpipe with a Racing Beat twin pipe catback. Only -3dB on the meter, but much easier to live with.
