Post by: Gman on March 24, 2006, 05:35:21 PM
I am doing the final fitting of my manifold and turbo tomorrow, should i use sealant when fitting these or will the gaskets be good enough?

Gaskets should be good enough. The problem with using a sealant is that if a bit falls off, it could wreck the turbo!

Do not use sealant pre turbo exhaust housing!

Can you even get a sealant capable of seeing 1000c plus?
