Title: Fitting a turbo timer and speed derestrictor
Post by: Cosmo dude on March 21, 2006, 05:11:07 PM
Hi there, just got a HKS turbo timer, not a current one,its a few years old, (got 5 buttons on the front(off,0.5,1,3,5 minute settings). Is it worth fitting to the Cosmo as one turbo is spinning most of the time? Would the wiring harness be the same as an RX7s?
Also been looking at the HKS delimiter (for track/runway use ;) ), has anyone got any experience of these units and if they are worth fitting over the various grey versions i have seen?

Moved to general tech section.

Pretty sure the 13b wiring is the same as the rx7.
may be better fitting a speedo converter milage and speed would be in miles then and also means you move the speed cut as well.
