Sheared a few off, whats the best tool or way to remove them?
Heat!
There\'s no substitute for a bit of heat to free stuff off even a little blowtorch will move stuff that is solid to any type of tool. Depends on what your trying to remove and if its flush recessed or raised as to what you use and how to be honest. A few more details or pics and we can advise a best toolm for the job.

Both are recessed and not flat, the more important one is the left hand side oil cooler rad bolt.
If there recessed graham then you want to be using something called a easy out. They come in two forms one is a left hand spiral thread the other a tapered square with cutting edges to grip the remains of the stud. Procedure is to drill out the centre of the snapped stud tap in the easy out then unscrew. The idea either the left hand thread or sharp cutting edges whichever you use grip the remains of the outside of the stud and extract it as you unscrew. The extractors come in kits of five sizes normally and list what size drill bit to use for each extractor. As stated earlier if you can warm the area it helps no end.

i go with what Kev says
only other option is to drill it out and retap the threads - but thats more hassle than the easy out
it it was stuck proud you can just take weld a nut to it - the heat from the welder helps - and then you just unscrew it out
good luck matey
So what is this easy out thing? Has anyone any pictures of it - I\'m curious! Also, where do you get them from?
looks like this. The idea is to drill a hole down the bolt (smaller diameter than the shank of the bolt though). Then you insert this and scew the opposite way to the thread of the bolt. The easy out grips in and the bolt comes out. :)

These (http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/sea/searchresults.jsp?_dyncharset=UTF-8&pn=1&pd=1&pi=1&cn=1&cd=1&q=bolt+extractor) are them, right?
that\'s the boys. The smaller ones can be weak and shear.

just dont look as good as the above 2
Just got mine from a car accessory shop round the corner from me, £6.49.
from experience the ones from machinemart will take a higher torque. The ones from screw fix grip better though. So if you think you\'ve got a stubborn one get the ones from machinemart.
