Title: Passed MOT !
Post by: Martiny on March 16, 2006, 10:01:35 AM
Big thanks to Dave at Thames Valley MOT. Had a 7.00 am appointment for the FD this morning.

Showed him some damage I sustained when I hit a drain on the M3 recently. Minor damage to sump and Cross member. Then he showed me the bent drop-link !  Oops, so the anti-roll bar is sitting all wrong.

Also need new pads, and one side is missing the shims. Will be on the phone to Mazda in a minute for new pads and the drop link.

Apart from that she sailed through, she looked gorgeous under the neons , and I had to pinch myself because I cant believe I own such a fantastic looking car!

Sounds good, i got mine booked in there for it\'s MOT on saturday 9am.  Called the other day as i was worried about the emmisions (single turbo, extended street port, no air pump, straight throught exhaust etc). Dave\'s exact words were.. "Relax, don\'t worry about it, i\'ll take care of it" :D Definately sounds like a top bloke
