I currently have a hks fcon v, and boost controller its 341bhp with 16 psi boost. Would it be a good move to get a Apexi ecu with the controller thing?

If so what kind of gains or advantages will i get, bhp etc

Cheers

It\'s like comparing cheese with cheese...

They are both able to adjust the fuelling and ignition. It more comes down to who you get to turn it.

Lots more people run the apexi on FD\'s so the knowledge base is much greater. Also, with Datalogit you can change practically EVERY setting you\'d want to on the FD and datalog all your runs whilst tuning with it; I\'m unsure of the FCON\'s abilities but I doubt the overall control it provides is comparable to a Power FC with Datalogit?

Not many are running FCONs in the UK - largely due to the few people who have the means to tune them I expect, even fewer on Rotors (any more than Matts?) so you are very limited to where you can take it to get it tuned, or ask questions about its abilities.
