Home early today.......thought I would run the 2 up the country lane and get some milage on the motor,,,,plugs are shot,,,farting and backfiring,,,,coughing and spluttering.SO...in order to change the plugs I WILL have to pull the motor and strip it down...!!! :D :Thumbs-up :yes :Typing

I reckon that changing the plugs calls for a comprehensive service of the stripping down kind too.LOL!
They are a real pain those plugs,aren\'t they!Especially when you have six of them.

I might be able to get hold of an engine hoist to get those plugs out. :cheers
Disconecting the empty NOS bottle is allways a pain too.

Era\'s method of spark plug removal.
Step 1 remove motor
Step 2 insert socket into vice
step 3 slot spark plug attached to motor into socket
step 4 rotate engine ccw
step 5 assembly is the reverse of above !
(also insert step 1.5, 2.5 etc. = drink beer !)

Could you not leave the engine in the car, and rotate the car with the engine in situ round the plug? Just a thought...

Everyone knows that you have to ship the car to cape canaveral,pop it onto a space shuttle,send it into orbit for a few day\'s,get the astro
nuts to space walk it through a full body chop,respray it with a moondust finish and make two black holes appear in the rotor housings.
To bring it down to earth you then need to fire the retro rockets along with the Nos and pull the chute.
I am sure it will make a big splash,at Rotorstock.

When you installing the fridge for the beer then Era? We can\'t be drinking warm beer at rotorstock, we could always pipe the nitrous through that first to keep the beer warm then route it to the engine.

Got a freezer sorted to keep the NOS bottles cold,also it keeps the ice for the Brandy & Cocaine,I mean Coke....Genarator will have to run the whole weekend.......... :god .Good news,the plugs are okay but the motor is out and stripped.Somehow a big turbo found its way into my garage....All do inventory checks where i visited lately...............pics to follow :Talking1

Yes you did see the word TURBO.......however it will be used for ballast weight distribution in the rear end of the lil 2,,,need some weight on the left rear side.............thats all a turbo is good for.The day I go TURBO is when I get a FD and a laptop for xmas..... :rollin

I think you moght be onto something here Era.....The year before last I asked for a Dremmel..hmmm porting. Last birthday I got a mig welder..hmmmm manifold...this previous christmas I got an engine stand. Damn it next birthday i\'ii ask for a 20b. What have I got to loose.??:) :)
